Piece I'm playing: Chopin's Prelude No 7 (arr. Tarrega). Tarrega definitely "guitarized" this piano piece by Chopin, and so maybe all the "guitarisms" like glissandos and vibrato should be minimized. I say otherwise - if Chopin had written for guitar, would he not have included such expressive techniques? We don't play Scarlatti's sonatas without dynamics just because the harpsichord had no dynamics, do we?
What was easy: It's short and straightforward.
What was difficult: The double glissandos are tricky. The B major chord in measure 12 is not hard, but a bit unusual.

Dear Community, this is my final piece for the Challenge. There are so many Pieces left....I thought about the "Prelude 2" as my final Piece, but tomorrow I will spend my whole time together with my wife and my three girls, so I have to do a cut. The "Pool" is waiting
I am looking forward to Mondays "Watch Party" and, dear Martin, the "Nitsuga-Challenge" .
As always, there is much work to do, playing the piece "perfectly" ... but within this short time I am happy with the results ... See you Monday

Good Morning, it is too early in the morning for laying around at the pool, so I decided to work on another Piece „Prelude in Am“ .... I will record this today/tonight as my last post to the challenge.
This is a complete „new“ piece for me - never ever played in the past. But listening to Joosje performing it, i wanna play that nice piece also. Maybe very slow, but i‘ll try .
