WEEK 4: What We've Ignited!!!
WELCOME TO THE MAIN THREAD FOR THE FOURTH WEEK OF THE "End of the Year" PRACTICE CHALLENGE!
- Select Your Piece(s): Choose one or more pieces that you've learned this year. It could be something you've practiced through our live streams, a personal favorite, or a challenging piece you've conquered.
- Record Your Performance: Film yourself playing your selected piece(s). Quality doesn't have to be professional – it's all about sharing your progress and passion.
- Share Your Journey: Post your video in our community forum under the "End of the Year Challenge" thread. Include a brief write-up about your experience learning the piece – what challenges you faced, how you overcame them, and what this piece means to you. If you don't want to record yourself, show us a video of a piece you plan to take on in the next year!
- Engage with Others: Watch, comment, and encourage your fellow community members. Share your feedback, experiences, and celebrate each other's progress.
↓ Happy Sharing! ↓

Hello to all and Happy Chritsmas ....we are about to close this year 2023 ....time to recap and set new goals for the next 2024....I´m my case as a sort of recap I´m posting a couple of pieces I learned and recorded this year. First one is the Prelude in E Major Nº5 from Tárrega, a beautiful prelude at a intermediate level. I hope you like it.
The seconf one is the well known Julia Florida from Agustin Barrios, sorry for the bad quality recording ( micro captured a lot of noise and I had to apply a filter)
I hope you like it.....Happy new year and all the best for 2024.

Hi everyone, wish you all a great year ahead. I was one of the first ones to comment at the start of the challenge and then disappeared without a trace owing to some busy schedule. I'm back (sort of). Haven't been able to check out all the submissions but JUAN ALONSO great playing. I've also been working on Julia florida, one of my favourites. You've got everything spot on and sounding great. Dale Needles your playing always sound great to me, would love to see you play for the watch party.
