Help for he next day.
Hi everyone,
I need guidance for my second step.I just completed Malagena Facil,and want to choose another basic piece.I started Adelita,only to find out to be difficult for my level.Especially with the Barre in the 3rd measure.Also with playing on higher positions.I find a gap between the background requirement of Malagena and Adelita.Can somebody guide my steps further in the platform or elsewhere?

My immediate thought would be one of the etudes by Fernando Sor or other beautiful but easy didactic material we have on tonebase Live. Check out these three etudes, for example (number 1 | number 2 | number 3).

Hey Byron! Great question, in addition to Mircea’s recommendations below I would suggest Jaxon William’s lesson on Vals by Bartalomé Catalayud, Peter Graneis lesson on Españoleta by Gaspar Sanz, or his lesson on Minuet by Johan Krieger. All three focus in on essential techniques and principles. If those are too easy for you I would focus on the other two Bartalomé Catalayud lessons taught by Jaxon Williams as they present slightly more challenging elements.
