Weekly Warm-Up/Exercise Session
I liked Ashley's "Warm Up Your Mind and Fingers in One Hour" just now, I think it'd be great to have something like this once a week at a regular time. It'd be a nice community thing for us all to do together, and get new ideas and inspiration!
I found the exercises were decent and comprehensive enough, but I especially liked Ashley talking about the focus, the aims, examination of the hands and checking things are working properly along the way. It'd be good to have a reinforcement of all that each week, with the same objectives as today and occasional variation of the exercises to keep it interesting.
I thought the hour was a good length too.
