I have for a number of years now been playing lute as well as guitar. After some experimentation with nail length, I decided to forgo nails altogether. At first, playing the guitar with flesh only seemed very strange, but I have slowly become accustomed to it. (I employ a RH technique similar to that described in Sor's Method.) I wonder if you have any thoughts on the pros/cons of nail use. Thanks!
