Definitely Tres Canciones as Hector said.
His "baroque" prelude in E is really interesting and a lot of fun.
I've always thought the Seis Preludios Cortos were a charming set and I'm surprised they're not used more in teaching since they're on the simpler side but there's a lot of things technically and musically going on.
