One of my favorite videos to watch is Ricardo Gallen's performance of BWV998. His interpretation is so clear and pure that it brings me a lot of peace. When I try to play the piece myself, I struggle to create the same long phrases that Ricardo does so elegantly.

I am currently transfixed by Armen Doneyan’s gorgeous performance of Ponce’s Sarabande from his A min Suite. Achingly beautiful at this tempo. Stunning production. Wow.

There are many excellent interpretations of Tansman's Passacaille. But I keep going back to Kassandra Siebel's version: her tempo and highlights gives the piece the gravitas that it so deserves, something that dissipate when it's played faster by other (equally outstanding) players.
I am of the mind that "slow is probably more", this even if your playing is impeccable at higher tempos. Just to give one example, take any cello suite of JS Bach and listed to it first on the cello and then on the CG: chances are that the cello player will use a slower tempo, which typically sounds better, more dramatic, that is, to me at least.
