BWV 996 Allemande

Hello to all.  I am new to the Tonebase community.  I wanted to inquire if there was an instruction/guidance available on BWV 996 Allemande on Tonebase.  Thank you in advance!

I agree whole heartedly, Kirk. I would like a series of lessons on the entire BWV 996 suite (similar to Paul O'Dette's series on BWV 995). There is a section (at the bottom of General Discussions) for Lesson Suggestions. That would be a great place to suggest this.

BTW welcome to the TB community.

Great idea to make a video about the whole BWV996 Jack Stewart , it was the first suite I must've failed hilariously at without even noticing as I was learning that as I was just 14 when I started that (esp. the Gigue after hearing it on a recording by Julian Bream)! Would be great to have someone like Ricardo Gallen talk about it!

Martin I hope that happens, the BWV is probably my favorite Lute Suite.

Your level of 'failing hilariously' was at a much higher level than mine (my many).
