10 month new player looking for help and constructive criticism.
I'm currently working my way through the Fredrick M. Noad solo guitar playing course (3rd Edition) I finally found this comprehensive instruction manual after making my way through the Christopher Parkening method one book and felt it was not the strongest foundation for how far you progress through it. So thank you in advance for anyone willing to share some of their time and experience with me. I look forward to learning and growing beside all of you beautiful souls. Peace and love!!!

Hey Sage, Welcome to the program. I'm in no way qualified to teach anyone so I'll defer to some of the more advanced players, staff, and ambassadors, but there are quite a few lessons that are more introductory in nature. The two lessons beginning guitar parts one and two plus others are in the fundamentals section of the library.

If you look at the repertoire section in the library you can filter it by "all-levels" to get the simpler pieces although be warned many of those are not beginner-level pieces.

The catalog of scores has grades and it looks like the "beginner" pieces and associated lessons are mostly introductory.
Until a particular class is underway, some of the forums aren't super active so be patient, but feel free to jump into any of the forums since it's a pretty good group and there's quite a bit of knowledge around. I think the next activity starts in January and is workshopping Landslog by Gulli Bjornsson. The first pieces are simpler and the score and lessons are available here if you want to get a headstart.
See you around and let me know if any of the links don't work.
