    It is a bit frustrating that again the time of the event was changed with just 15 min notice by email.

    I was interested in the event that was scheduled just 2 days ago and used the facility ''ADD TO CALENDAR'' to add it directly into my google calendar. For my time zone the event was at 12:00 EST and I made sure  I would be available for this time slot .

    I received an email at 10:45 to tell me the event was starting at 11:00. Unfortunately I was on the road driving and could not connect to the event.

    This would be OK if it was the first time or something we do not see often but recently I missed many events on Tonebase because of this scheduling issue. 

    I hope Tonebase will work on this issue....

      Hi Andre,

      I’m happy to confirm that we’ve addressed this issue and you shouldn’t run into the one-hour time difference anymore. When we began automating our livestream creation process, our developers hard-coded a fixed offset between UTC and PST, which of course doesn’t apply during the winter months. Sorry for the inconvenience!

      We’re going to re-run this livestream tomorrow, during which I’ll also cover some additional features of Premium+ that we haven't covered last week!

    Unfortunately, I will miss this event because I am in Tokyo this week with relatives. I will watch the recording when I am back in Canada.

    hi Martin, I'm running into problems trying to switch my guitar annual plan to lifetime. When I click on the switch button, nothing happens or proceeds and my account status still stays the same. I wonder if there's some technical glitch in the website.

       Hey Nijwm, I don't know about how this works on Tonebase but looking at your screenshot it looks like you have no CC registered there, maybe try to add one before switching plan?

       what's CC? Is that short for credit card info? I'd thought I'd updated my credit card info. But perhaps I should check again. Thanks, Blaise 🙏

      I just checked. My credit card info is upto date. Don't know what's the issue.

       Right, Credit Card (CC), but looking at my own profile it seems that Tonebase UI doesn't display any CC info even if you have the info in the subscription payment methods. In any case contact Martin via Direct Messages here or via his Tonebase email, I hope you get it done before the subscription raises!

       Thanks Blaise. Yeah, I'd actually tried to do the switch a few days back and due to some confusion/glitch, the switch was applied to the MUSIC platform instead of the GUITAR.

      I'd been trying to do the switch for a couple of years but couldn't afford it. This year, I'm running into technical glitches 😭. So frustrating. I'll keep on trying 🙂

       OMG!! I'm sure they can find a way to switch the payment between platforms or refund you the Music payment so you can subscribe to the Guitar Lifetime!
