Eli's Portrait - Sergio Assad

I bought a long time ago the score, and now I decide to work on it. This is a very beautiful piece, with a lot of technical challenge.
Now I am fingering the score, and working in the first section in a very low speed.
In a few days i'll add a video of my practice.
I always try to have a 20 minutes of technical routine and 40 minutes with the repertoire every day. (Sorry about my english)

After a busy week, I start working in the piece.
I split it on 5 sections, so I can work slowly and with more details. I am playing the first section with the metronome in 60 and playing every note with the same rhythm so I can focus in the motion of both hands, relaxation and building a strong muscle memory.
I share with you an audio of my practice.

Now, I am practicing the first three sections in a very slow speed, still changing the fingering of the third section, the most challenging part of the piece.
The second section is a beautiful melody with harmonics (Audio), and the score has very good information!!!
