Week 2 - Composing Etudes: Feedback

Welcome to the second week of the Etudes Composition Challenge!
In this livestream I will go over your sketches that were submitted here in the forum to provide feedback and answer any questions you may have along with providing solutions and suggestions; let's keep that motivation flowing!
Although this livestream sounds simple, it is very important! Just like a performance masterclass, you can learn so much just by watching and listening as I go over ya'll's submissions!
The goal is to have something ready for the watch party next week if you'd like to submit your work to be presented. Feel free to continue asking for feedback post-event if you didn't get to submit on time.

I'd love to hear from you about these. There are videos of the first and third one posted in Week One.

I'll submit the two pieces I worked on for feedback. Thank you Ashley!
1. Original etude based on Ron's prompt for voicing individual notes in triads. It seems like this is a very difficult technique, but my idea was to create something original where the melodic line weaves between voices. I couldn't figure out how to properly show the melodic line in notation so included the tablature which makes it a bit more obvious.
2. Arrangement of theme from Mozart to practice harmonics. This was a response to my own prompt; however, the study that Eric created is much better and more targeted to the specific issue I listed in my prompt on trying to learn harmonics. Included tablature in this as well, but could probably do this with notation-only if I figure out how to improve harmonic notation.

In response to Martin's prompt at the end of his livestream on barres a couple of weeks ago, here's a little study/sketch I've written. Note the diagonal barres in bars 2, 14 and the use of a hinged barre in the last bar. Feel free to arpeggiate any chords!

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Here is one more sketch of ,mine, though this one is unfinished and was more laborious than the first sketch which came out quite flowingly. we'll see where it goes!

I am afraid I am late again. I will post 3 of the attempts though only one is remotely successful asa functioning etude (Cheap Trills).
The first I tried was Brett['s prompt of harmonics (Harmonic Bad Etude). This started off well but then it just seemed to get harder than the music warranted. There are things I like I it but overall I believe it needs to be completely reworked after the first 5-6 measures.
The second one I attempted was 3 voice piece that Ron presented (3 Voices 3 Fingers). I think it is better but I can't seem to limit myself to practical considerations.
The third attempt was based on Eric's preparing/dampening fingers. This simple idea has morphed into a rather undisciplined fugue that is stuck at the second exposition. I have not posted that one.
My final attempt was based on my cross string trill prompt (Cheap Trills). This one is not particularly interesting but it has the most practical application.
I do appreciate the opportunity and encouragement to work on compositions here. It just takes me a very long time to actually get something together compositionally.
