Stairway to Stretchen'

Allow me to start :) You know how sometimes technical exercises are unpleasant to listen to and hence you practice less of them? Like practicing open string arpeggios. Well, I like to make up my own little exercise (like Steve Goss says he did when he started). So here's this one meant as a replacement to stretching exercises such as the Segovia octaves.

LMK what you think, I'd particularly appreciate nitpicking on my notation as it will help me learn :)

    kito thank you so much! I will play through it and share my recording here with you! I will publically announce the "Composer's Corner" in our Watch Party next week, then we'll hopefully see a lot more action in this new Forum!

      Martin Sounds great, I just updated, because I found one mistake in the tabs, though you're probably not reading these

    Great work Stoyan! Very nice, I like it.

    You wanted some tips about the notation - only a couple of things come to mind, the rest it very clear:

    • Some tempo and dynamic markings would be helpful, and any other expressive indications you may or may not want;
    • You might want to have some extra downward pointing note stems for the bass notes to make it clear that they're their own voice.

    Keep it up!!
