Ode to Joy Melody - 9 hours of self study

I stopped practicing for about a week because I decided to exchange my Cordoba C5 cutaway for the C7 which is so much better and it's so pretty!!

I have been working on producing a decent sound that sounds like music, the Course on how to read notes on the staff by Mircea Gogoncea was excellent and really helped a lot 🙂

I have been solely learning with Tonebase - I am currently doing the Beginning Classical Guitar: Part 1 by Daniel de Arakal and I am really enjoying it.

My Study Plan with Tonebase so far is the following:

  1. Finish Beginning Guitar Part 1 and 2
  2. Landsög by Gulli Bjornsson
  3. 120 hand studies

I actually have about 20 courses on my list, but I like to have a shorter list on my desk to avoid getting overwhelmed :D

I hope everyone is learning a lot here on Tonebase!

  • Hi Claudia I am learning that piece myself. However you play it better than I. I like your C7 it sound s nice and bright. I like spruce top guitars and will eventually get one. However I love my Alhambra. Keep up the good work.
