As second piece I'd like to play Lachrimae Pavan by John Dowland. I want to challenge myself with these one and its counterpoint and virtuosic cadences. As well, it is on the Repertoire of my exam next year, so it's a great way to prepare for it!
Great choice Daniel. This is another one on my To Do list. In fact I have just been watching Brendan Acker's tutorial on this.
Derek it's really wonderfull and Brandon's lesson is great. I've been working it a little with my teacher as well.
Fantastic, a beautiful piece! You should try to play from the original lute tabulature!
Martin great advice, Martin! Some people have encoraged that to me with these pieces I need to look for it, as well as how to read tabulature
Last night, trying to hear every voice of this section.
