I'll start the first question. What is the best way to get faster?
For me I normally I add 10 bpm to the the original tempo I was at (lets say it was 100 bpm) ,after practice that for a while ,then I minus 5 bpm .So I reached 105!
So that way i goes up ,down ,up ,down ,not just shoot to the point ,which is hard.
Do I explain it clear enough ?

You do, I think. For me, the metronome gets faster, but my fingers stay pretty much the same.

Your up then down metronome method is a good one, that little bit of overshoot before settling back is how a lot of players build speed without forcing it. The one thing I'd add is to watch what your hands are doing at the higher tempos, because most speed problems are really tension problems in disguise, so if a passage falls apart at 105 it is often worth dropping back to find where the grip creeps in rather than just grinding the number up.
