BWV 1007 Allemande
Spent some time today playing through this Allemande which I performed for the community concert rehearsal this past Saturday. I'm trying to focus on feeling the melody as well as my breathing as I perform. I can see a bit more fluctuation in the overall pulse that I want to correct. I also need to settle on the ornaments I want to use in the days ahead.

That was so wonderful, Rick! It was like you were showing us around this beautiful painting that Bach has painted for us.

That was beautiful, David. Your phrasing, tone and ornamentation are excellent.

I recently put together a performance video of Gary Ryan's moving arrangement of the American Folk Tune, "Shenandoah." Still needs a bit of polish but it is embedded in heart and hands. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Beautiful tone and flawless execution. This is my favorite one in BWV1007. I hear your interpretation more like free-tempo Prelude rather than Allemande, but this gives a different feeling I was able to enjoy listening.
