Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring
I learned "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" in one of the monthly challenges a few months ago. It became one of my favorite pieces and I always wanted to spend more time practicing it. So after learning the first 10 Carlevaro's Microstuios, I decided to revisit and record it again. The version I used was arranged by Bradford Werner, his arrangement is not too difficult and very enjoyable to listen to. 👍

That was beautiful, Wai. Your phrasing and tone are excellent. That is a very effective arrangement.
I just back into town after a week with my brother and his family in Chicago and this is the first thing I opened up on my computer. A wonderful 'welcome home' treat.
I am also very glad to see this thread being used again. It seems to have dropped off in the last couple of weeks (myself included).

Very nice. The last time I worked on that piece I had forgotten who I was and tried Parkening's arrangement, lol. This is a really nice arrangement and very well played. Congrats and thanks for sharing.

Beautiful Wai! Very enjoyable listening. There are many versions of this great piece, including for duo. This one is very clear and open. Sounds really nice. And your cross trills are coming along nicely too. Well done. Thank you for posting👍
