Please welcome the incomparable Xufei Yang, exclusively on tonebase, for a workshop on tremolo and right-hand mastery! She is acclaimed as one of the world’s finest classical guitarists, the UK classical music magazine, Classic FM, named Xuefei as one of the 100 top classical musicians of our time. In recognition of her distinguished career, Xuefei was awarded ‘Fellowship of the Royal Academy of Music’ in June 2012.

I look forward to it. I met Xufei once in Enkhuizen (Netherlands) where she gave an excellent performance. She is a great guitarist.

I have been a big fan of Xuefei since John Williams gave two of his Smallman guitars to the Central Conservatory in Beijing so she could have excellent guitars to play. Xuefei has appeared in San Francisco numerous times over the years.
