  • Hello Emmanuel, In addition to Dyens 20 Lettres, What are a few other pieces by him would you recommend, regardless of level of difficulty? (Your favorites and standard repertoire) Thank You

    • Michael Carlson thank you for your question! As mentioned in the livestream, aside from his 20 Lettres, I really enjoy listening to so many of his wonderful arrangements (French Songs, Night & Day – Jazz Standards, Chopin, and many others). Of his original works, I'm drawn to his Libra Sonatine and (especially) his Concerto Métis, which I've always found incredibly exciting and colourful!

    • Emmanuel I always like to ask the knowledgeable players. It is one reason I belong to tonebase. I have since purchased , received and read through a few. Great addition to my library. Excellent music.
