Eduardo Inestal on Sainz de la Maza's Rondeña

Professor Eduardo Inestal, of the Robert Schumann University in Düsseldorf, returns to tonebase after a few years with a series of videos on Regino Sainz de la Maza's Tres Piezas. In this lesson, he is tackling the first one of the three pieces, Rondeña.

Following a detailed analysis of the work, he will be going through all sections of the music with granular precision, discussing aspects of musicianship and offering plausible fingering solutions for all the challenging passages in the piece. This lesson was originally scheduled to be released in November, however its release was rescheduled due to force majeure.
