Olli With a playback speed of 75% it would still be fast. Regardless of the speed it is well played!

Derek thank you very much for your kind words. In fact, it it is just my "normal" recording I posted last time. I changed only from color-TV to black and white and Changed the Audio speed to 150% . That is maybe the speed the variation could be played with very much practice time

Olli I'll try this for the next challenge :-) If I play slowly and an octave lower then I could set the speed to to 200% and it should play at the correct octave!

Worked on the last section and... an ending, reintroducing the original theme
Arrived here today after 2 days of travel (moved to Belgium for 6 wks)
what I found easy: taking my guitar upon arrival for a fast practice of this wonderful piece
What I found difficult: not enough time to practice, so I couldn't get the tempo and the full control of fingering. So, I wasn't really ready for recording, but decided to give it a go anyway

Here is my attempt at the last variation. I worked on it after my morning warm up and it wasn't too bad but when I recorded it later my hands didn't want to move as fast (that is my excuse anyway).
Need more practice still.
Martin can you confirm the start time for the Watch Party tomorrow in Central European Time please - it looks as though PST has been put forward 1 hour for daylight saving. I joined the livestream last night and I was an hour late. Lucky it had changed because it lasted for 3 hours!
I have a hairdresser's appointment for April 14th!!! :-)
