ich kommt eigentlich aus England, aber lebe seit 8 Jahren in Berlin.

"The yellow from the egg" ist ja schön, wir sollen so einen Ausdruck auch in Englisch haben😉.

Hi Olli! Aus Deutschland kommen ist so eine Sache, die mehrere Ebenen hat - ich bin zwar deutscher Bürger, bin aber nicht dort geboren 😉

Trotzdem empfinde ich eine sehr tiefe Verbindung zu dem Land, in dem ich einen Großteil meines erwachsenen Lebens verbracht habe. Mein Co-Host, martin ist auch Deutscher.

Dadurch, dass beide regelmäßig auftretenden tonebase-Live Hosts (und ein tonebase-Mitgründer!) aus Deutschland kommen, würde ich sagen, du bist hier ziemlich gut mit anderen Nutzern aus deinem Land versorgt 😎

Now, I hate being the bad guy here, but this is supposed to be an English-language forum. I'm fine with you guys talking in other languages, however, I would encourage you to provide an English translation of the topic at hand as well as any comments you might add.

I will personally understand (and therefore am able to moderate) any topics you might post in English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, or Romanian, but I encourage you to practice your English skills by providing a basic translation. 

We don't want our other users to feel left out in this public space, plus it's a great way to learn English! Forums are a big part of how I learned my English as a young teenager.
