Re: Tablature
@Sunil Chacko Hi Sunil. I'll just give my own two cents here. I'm not a TB Team member. One of the many great things about learning standard notation (and not relying on TABS) is that it opens you up…

Re: Sor - Op 2 No 3 Andantino
August 11 This morning, I did a lot of very slow practice, focusing on the problematic measures, but also on the entire piece. (I did not, however, go quite as slowly as @Jack Stewart likes to…

Re: Sor - Op 2 No 3 Andantino
August 10 (afternoon) Okay, I know it's a little weird posting two updates on the same day, but I had a pretty good practice session with this in the afternoon, and so I just wanted to record it.…

Re: Sor - Op 2 No 3 Andantino
@Blaise Laflamme I know, but I’m not patient! There are lots of little things that need to be better, but the biggest thing is getting the B section (in D major) to be legato,…

Re: Sor - Op 2 No 3 Andantino
August 10 I listened carefully to the video I made yesterday and identified the problem spots. I then practiced those spots like crazy. I'm feeling a bit frustrated right now,…

Re: Sor - Op 2 No 3 Andantino
August 9 Here's is an update after the second day. It's a first take, so plenty of mistakes. As usual, it's the B section (in D major) that needs the most work.

Re: Week 4: Spain in 19th ! 🐂
@Barney @Blaise Laflamme I do enjoy the greater interaction with the host and a watch party. Perhaps the host interaction is being directed more toward the Two-Week Intensives now, which is fine.…

Re: Mauro Giuliani - Le Romarin Op 46 No 5
@Jack Stewart No worries at all, Jack. I was going to post the new video right away, but then I remembered that I hadn't put any reverb on it, so I went back and did that whole thing, then posted it.…

Re: Week 2: Vienna in 19th !🍰
@Steve Price It’s a great idea, but I’m not sure how it’s different than the concerts. Is it just the word “concert” that makes it feel more intimidating?

@Wai That's really good, Wai, especially for just one day. Even the two most difficult measures (in the B section) are quite smooth and well-executed, Good job!
